Renovation of SPD Unit at VA Medical Center, Northport, NY

MAKS Engineers performed the structural design for the renovation of Supply, Processing and Distribution (SPD) Unit of the VA Medical Center, North Port, New York; Cold Form Metal Framing structure was designed for the Unit following the guidelines of New York City Building Code and owner’s usage requirements. Prepared the Contract Drawings for the cold form framing per the structural calculations that included the framing layout, wall sections, openings, soffits, and connections.
