proposed project consists of a three-story Transient Hotel Building, located at 148-45 94th Avenue, Queens, NY 11475, New York. The proposed building will have two below-ground cellar levels. Prepared Structural design drawings based on the requirements of the project. MAKS Engineers developed the foundation concept for the project with input from the Geotechnical Consultant retained by others.

Developed detailed Construction Drawings for the structure; Assisted in coordinating the structural design with the work of the Architect and other consultants; Assisted in obtaining necessary approvals of Drawings and Specifications from the Building Department.
